About this role:
* Responsible for activating new partners: Coordinating and executing the onboarding process, ensuring each partner is activated with personalised care and fully prepared to start taking orders.
* Setting partners up for success: Providing comprehensive training, support, and guidance on the best ways to work with Just Eat and maximise their business through our partnership.
* Working cross-functionally: Collaborating closely with teams across the entire sales journey to ensure a positive experience for new partners, leading to a smooth transition into our account management phase.
* Early account management: Proactively ensuring new partners' businesses are effective on our platform during their initial weeks live, resolving any quick issues, and helping them maximise their experience.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using the company CRM system.
