This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a key role managing a residential lettings portfolio. While this is initially a fixed-term maternity cover, there may be potential for the role to become permanent. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential properties Handling tenant and landlord queries professionally Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and AST regulations Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and suppliers Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs Providing high-quality customer service to all clients Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records Conducting property inspections when required What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in property management Solid understanding of lettings procedures and regulations ARLA qualification (essential) Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and telephone manner Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Local knowledge of the Sidcup / South East London area preferred What's In It For You?
