Sous Chef
We're searching for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. You'll help craft exceptional dishes using the freshest ingredients, support the Head Chef in daily operations, and play a key role in leading a high-performing kitchen. What You'll Do Support the Head Chef with menu planning, food prep, and smooth kitchen operations
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
Take charge in the Head Chef's absence
Ensure dishes meet customer and dietary expectations
What You'll Bring Strong culinary skills and experience in high-quality catering
Confident leadership and team motivation
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment
