Proven people management skills and experience with service impact analysis. Proficiency in data management and workflow tracking. Candidates with experience of onboarding new team members would be of high interest for this role Full driving licence and access to a car for school outreach and multi-campus travel. Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting / compliance checks including an Enhanced Access NI check due to the nature of this work, this may include a Barred List check for both Children & Vulnerable Adults (depending on the role). Responsibilities Lead and support a specialist team of eight across careers, funding and administration. Manage the application and audit-compliant administration of student funds. Represent the College at schools and recruitment events to drive student engagement. Use data and spreadsheets to monitor service performance and inform strategic decisions. Oversee the design and delivery of an annual programme of careers events. Maintain the Centre's Matrix Accreditation and update all operational policies.
