Court of Protection Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Devon, GBP 55,000+ (DOE)
* Applications sought from Court of Protection Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
* You will be responsible for a broad court of protection caseload including deputyship applications, welfare cases, and financial management.
* Advising clients, families, and professionals with sensitivity and clarity.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver the highest standard of client care.
* Play an active role in business development, networking, and building client relationships
* Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
* A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
* Step membership would be advantageous, but not essential
* Access to your own transport is essential
