Temporary for one year in the first instance
Are you ready to work with children who are polite and eager to learn? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Shadwell Primary School is looking to recruit a caring, pro-active and ambitious class teacher for our reception class to join us in September 2026:
Part time (0.5) teacher for our EYFS class in the first instance.
Working pattern: Monday and Tuesday full days plus Wednesday morning.
You will be based at Shadwell school but also be a colleague within our wider federation team with all the collaborative support opportunities this brings.
Shadwell school is a thriving school in a beautiful semi-rural village environment on the outskirts of Leeds. Our vision is to be an inspiring, inclusive community and we are fortunate to have a supportive school and wider village community which enables us to provide additional inspiring activities for our children. We also have a large outdoor learning area including new class allotments, pond and wildlife areas.
