Job Title: Operations Manager
Salary: £28k - £32k (dependent upon experience)
Contract Type : Permanent
Line Manager : Head of People
Role Summary: To lead in the planning, management and deployment of the workforce across the Foundation.
Objectives
* To lead the planning and deployment of the workforce, including monthly and holiday planners, pre-planned and ad hoc/emergency cover.
* Work collaboratively with programmes leads to ensure sessions are adequately covered with the correct number and skilled staff.
* Work closely with all areas of the People Department to support with workforce development, talent identification and retention.

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
* Previous experience working within an operational role
* Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organisational skills and time management
* Ability to be adaptable and problem-solve
* Ability to work flexibility out of hours when required
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
* Knowledge of coaching, football or sporting provision
* Experience of Line Management
* Experience working within budgets
