Salary: £40,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: Good existing relationships with Senior Executives of large organisations in the UK, focused on areas responsible for AI, Data Science, and Analytics Experience in shaping AI or data science services that deliver the clients vision, integrated across technology and business functions Deep understanding of trends in the AI, data science, or analytics market Experience in the business application of Gen AI and other AI solutions (e.g., customer experience, process optimisation) Currently working in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and enlist support from peers Experience in proposition building and delivery Business development expertise to generate approximately £2m of consulting revenues Responsibilities: Work as part of the Capgemini Invent A&AI leadership team to grow our practice and develop our offers Inspire clients on leveraging Gen AI, data science, and analytics in their businesses Help clients embed data science solutions and optimize business decision-making at scale Sell, lead, and manage large delivery programmes centered on data science and Gen AI Inspire our data science consultants to enhance their technical capabilities and champion excellence in data science delivery Create thought leadership and new propositions reflecting our position as a leading AI and analytics consultancy Contribute to business development activities such as proposals, bids, and client events Participate in internal contributions, including campaign development and practice advancement Engage in learning and development activities to support personal career growth Technologies: AI Support Cloud Network More: At Capgemini Invent, we are inventive transformation consultants blending strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
