Pay Rate: £14.99 per hour (based on £13.79 + £1.20 hourly shift bonus)
Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 6:00am to 6:00pm
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Hygiene Team Leader to join a well-established food production site based in the Bridlington (YO15) area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hygiene or supervisory experience in a food factory environment, looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
* Supervising a small team of hygiene operatives during weekend shifts
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across production areas
* Completing hygiene records and supporting audits
* Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members
* Liaising with management and other departments to ensure hygiene compliance
Requirements
* Previous hygiene or food factory experience preferred
* Leadership or supervisory experience beneficial
* Must have own transport due to location
* Good communication and organisation skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach
Additional Details
£14.99 per hour
36-hour working week
Working Friday, Saturday and Sunday
12 hour shifts
3 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift
Temp to perm opportunity
