The successful candidate will play a vital role in analysing business processes and CRM system functionality to drive improvements across Supporter Engagement. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the implementation of CRM solutions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, CRM system understanding, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Analyse business processes and CRM system functionality to drive improvements across Supporter Engagement.
* Elicit requirements from stakeholders, document processes, and support CRM solution implementations.
* Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into system requirements and design specifications.
Qualifications
* Strong background in business process analysis and CRM systems (examples: Blackbaud, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Dynamics).
* Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process improvement.
* Ability to analyse complex processes and translate business needs into system solutions.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
