We’re looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to take ownership of IT support and administration in a fast-growing pet health and wellness company. This is a hands‑on, multi‑hat role where you’ll manage day‑to‑day support, maintain Microsoft 365 systems, and help build IT processes from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the primary contact for IT support, handling 1st–4th line issues and escalations
* Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and other business applications
* Support endpoints across Windows, Mac, iOS, and troubleshoot networking issues
* Maintain Cyber Essentials Plus compliance and contribute to IT security initiatives
* Manage SharePoint sites, SaaS applications, and business systems
* Build and document IT processes and workflows
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
* Occasional out-of-hours support (shared across the team)
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years’ experience in IT support, administration, or hybrid M365/IT admin roles
* Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender
* Hands‑on troubleshooting across endpoints and networking
* Comfortable in small, fast‑moving teams where you wear multiple hats
* Proactive self‑starter with excellent communication skills
* SharePoint, SaaS applications, or Atlassian experience
* Exposure to shadow IT management or building IT processes
