We are partnering with a long‑established manufacturing business that supplies leading retail, commercial, and international markets. They are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy, high‑performing export team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage export orders received from customers, sales agents, and the Regional Export Manager, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
* Prepare and issue all export documentation, ensuring files are completed with valid Proof of Export
* Check stock levels and send order acknowledgements with estimated delivery dates
* Work closely with Credit Control to support account management
* Liaise with the Regional Sales Manager to resolve any discrepancies in pricing or order terms
* Coordinate with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to arrange loading slots
* Organise stock transfers between company warehouses
* Confirm shipping arrangements with consignees and provide scanned copies of all shipping documents
* Negotiate with freight agents and shipping lines
* Maintain accurate filing and archiving of all export documentation
* Communicate effectively with internal departments on a daily basis


About You

* Able to support colleagues proactively during busy periods
* Confident working independently
* Skilled at communicating complex information clearly to both customers and colleagues
* Strong numerical accuracy
* Excellent customer service approach
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
