This is a challenging and rewarding commercial cleaning role located in Bedford, it would suit competent cleaners with an eye for detail, good communication skills, hardworking and is a great team player.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a team of up to 4 cleaning operatives.
* Ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
* Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
* Motivate and support your team to achieve their best.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Communicate effectively with your CSM to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Ensure all operatives complete all required training, both online and on-site.
* Ensure all operatives book on/off each shift.
Requirements:
* Proven supervisory experience in a similar role.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 17:00 – 19:00.
Pay: £13.50 per hour.
