Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance student learning. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to safeguarding policies. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred. Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their development. Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to teaching.
