Mash Care, part of Mash Group, is a retained recruitment partner specialising in the care sector. We work closely with our clients across the UK, acting as an extension of their teams to deliver structured, strategic recruitment support.
Due to the continued success of our retained service nationally, we are now looking for a Recruitment Client Partner to join our growing South West team.
The Role
This is not a typical agency recruiter role.
You will act as a dedicated recruitment partner to a portfolio of care clients, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong, trusted relationships.
You will work from home, with weekly team meetings in Yeovil.
This role would suit someone with previous recruitment experience, ideally within care or education, who enjoys relationship building, structured processes, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Hold regular recruitment review calls
- Understand client challenges and workforce goals
End to End Recruitment Management
- Write compelling, targeted job adverts
- Screen and shortlist applicants
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process
Account Development
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
- Support upsell of additional recruitment services where appropriate
Data and Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics and provide structured reports
- Analyse conversion rates and identify improvements
- Forecast trends within client accounts
Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure high standards of compliance and candidate experience
- Proactively resolve issues
- Lead client specific recruitment projects when required
What We Are Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience, agency or in house
- Ideally from a care or education background
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and databases
- Self motivated and proactive
Salary and Benefits
£26,500 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
