Evolution Foods produces a variety of healthy snacking products, including dried fruit, nuts, peanut butter, and children's puree fruit snacks.
Established in the early 2000's, the company has grown significantly, employing over 300 staff across 4 sites, 3 in Hortonwood and 1 in Halesfield, producing products for some of the UK's major retailers, including Aldi, Lidl, Co-Op, and Home Bargains.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our production areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. A clean workspace is vital to ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, and your contribution will play a key part in supporting this.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure waste is disposed of safely and correctly.
* Clean production floors, stairs, and other designated areas.
* Complete relevant cleaning records and paperwork.
* Follow all training provided for use of cleaning machinery.
* Apply the correct cleaning products and follow set processes.
* Support and promote a positive health and safety culture across the site.
About You
* Able to understand and follow basic written and verbal English instructions.
* Capable of prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
* Confident in identifying and reporting any issues promptly.
* Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
