Projects include refurbishments, extensions, and new builds across various sites such as call centres, hospitals, and campuses. Operating nationwide, the company is experiencing strong growth and is now seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will oversee diverse construction projects within the healthcare sector, primarily across Cumbria. Key responsibilities include working closely with the Associate Director to manage project delivery, oversee risk and contract management, and ensure timely project completion. You will visit project sites in Cumbria 2-3 times per week, with the remainder of your time based at the Penrith office.
