Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and process requests via phone and ticketing software, adhering to service level agreements and internal policies.
Make outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to support retention and engagement.
Demonstrate a flexible, proactive, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and personal development.

Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
