We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator - Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. to join the bemix team This is an exciting and varied senior role, offering a fantastic opportunity to take a leading position within our dynamic and supportive administration team. We’re looking for someone whose resilience, attention to detail, and well-established administrative expertise will play a crucial role in supporting and driving forward the smooth running of the newly established Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training project and wider organisational functions. The ideal candidate will be: Highly organised and confident in managing a complex, fast-paced workload, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and lead on the development of efficient processes. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrate sound judgement under pressure, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to every challenge. Main aim: You will serve as the primary point of contact for all OMMT project enquiries, handling incoming external calls and emails. As part of the uplifting and committed Administrative team, you will work closely with members of the OMMT project team to ensure strong coordination and support. The role requires an on-site presence to effectively manage incoming administrative tasks from the team and contribute to the smooth running of the project. This position calls for someone who is reliable, trusted, and proactive. Someone who is able to take ownership of the OMMT Project administrative responsibilities, Hours: Working 37 hours per week, office-based, Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm. Location: You will be based in a great office at The Innovation Centre in Canterbury (this is located on the University of Kent site) with fantastic facilities, including free parking, cafe, reliable local transport connections and beautiful outside spaces to explore on breaks/lunch/walking supervision.
