MP Skills provide essential health and safety training to the extractives sector.
As one of our customer facing Administrators, you'll be a vital part of this process, with the potential to do and learn so much more.

Getting stuck in
There's lots to do, including:
· Handling and directing incoming calls
· Updating of CRM system
· Taking payments via card payment system
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail
· Photocopying and collating
· Handling mailshots
· Scanning and Filing
. Creating paper/ electronic portfolios
. Creating quotes
· Hosting a range of MP Skills online courses.
. Uploading information to regulatory bodies.
Relationship building
The ability to manage internal and external relationships.

· Trainers/ Assesors (internal and external)
· Internal MPQC Staff
· External regulatory bodies
· Member and client companies
Package
£ per annum
10% pension contribution
28 days + Bank Holiday (3 days to be saved during Christmas shutdown)
37.5hrs per week
Tuesday- Saturday
Compulsory 7am-5pm shift every Saturday, remaining hours to be discussed
