Own the creative process—from concept development to shooting, editing, and post-production. Deliver consistent, high-quality content that reflects the personality and energy of our brands. Maintain and manage kit, shoots, visual assets, and archiving. Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and guide junior creatives in videography and photography. Set workflows that ensure smooth delivery of content for events and national campaigns. Work closely with marketing, admissions, creative, and academic teams to bring ideas to life. Coordinate content capture across campuses and manage freelance creatives when needed. Strategy, Innovation & Growth Use data to evolve content performance and optimise campaign delivery. Keep up with trends in youth culture, social platforms, and creative education to stay ahead of the curve. Understand how different visual formats work across web, social, and print—and tailor accordingly.
