Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with a strong background in Endoscopy. Ideal candidates will have approximately 5 years of experience in a similar service environment. A degree-level education is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with document management systems, such as D365, is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Candidates must demonstrate technical understanding of electromechanical devices and have experience in managing service complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements (ISO13485). A high level of computer skills, particularly in the MS Office suite, is required, along with a strong commercial awareness to identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be to deliver all technical service support in a customer-focused, efficient, and profitable manner. You will ensure that all Technical Service Support activities align with our strategic and commercial growth objectives. Meeting key performance indicators set by the EMEA Service Manager will be crucial, as will managing the end-to-end complaint handling documentation and service records. You will oversee the repair and testing of returned medical devices and ensure proper logistic control and tracking. Providing level II/III troubleshooting and customer support is essential, along with maintaining inventory status of devices and spare service parts in MRP/ERP systems. You will prepare reports for the Corporate and Local SLT as required, develop technical service support representatives, and foster an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement within the team. Additional responsibilities include facilitating timely dispatch of devices, supporting Customer Relationship Management, and providing general administrative support as needed.
