The mission statement: "We enable our people and partners to achieve their full potential" Your role The Ops Team is responsible for key operational Retail and Online activities within Next. Our main tasks include overseeing Next, Lipsy and Total Platform Partner markdown events (both Retail and Online); investigating Online discrepancies (covering pricing, incorrect images, wrong goods sent, incorrect product descriptions) and produce reporting for Next, Brands and Lipsy to allow them to make great commercial decisions. In a nutshell you will be: Implementing and following a critical path, ensuring all steps are actioned in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines and achieve the end goal. The first point of contact and need to take responsibility for coordinating markdown events. Identifying and resolving issues as you spot them, whilst highlighting areas requiring improvement using detailed analysis. Answering queries quickly and accurately. Analysing data to ensure that we comply with best legal practices and make the best commercial decisions for the business and our clients. Building and maintaining relationships within the team, department, wider business and outside of the business to gain insights into how the business operates. Client/Partner communication is key, whether it be critical path updates or supporting a general query. Providing a great service to our people and partners will be at the heart of everything you do. About you Successful candidates will possess prior experience in similar coordinator or assistant roles, wherein management of critical paths, relationship management and data analysis were part of your day to day. This position needs someone with a good eye for detail, accuracy, and time management skills, alongside exceptional communication skills. You will demonstrate the ability to problem solve, equipped with a logical and numerical mindset to dissect issues and devise effective solutions.
