The role
Working within the wider Performance & Medical department, the First Team Reconditioning Coach will be responsible for overseeing the mid-to-end stage conditioning and transition of injured players back into full training. This role will require a close working relationship with all staff across the performance and medical department, working closely with rehabilitation physiotherapists, and the head of performance to effectively manage the return and reintegration of 1st team players into full training.
In addition to their reconditioning responsibilities, the successful applicant will be expected to hold further responsibilities in line with the requirements of the Performance department. This includes assisting with on-pitch delivery of warmups, the delivery of the strength & conditioning programme, and matchday warmups as requested.
