Job Description
The Senior Commercial Lawyer will be:
3. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts
4. Advising on high-value procurement and partnership agreements
5. Supporting international collaborations and cross-border arrangements
6. Providing strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders
7. Managing legal risk and ensuring compliance across commercial projects
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Commercial Lawyer should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with strong commercial contracts experience
9. Experienced in procurement and complex contractual arrangements
10. Ideally familiar with international or cross-border legal matters
11. Commercially astute with strong stakeholder engagement skills
12. Able to operate effectively within a structured governance framework
