We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to take the helm of our UK sales team. This high-performing group includes sales leaders, engineers, and assistants—all working together to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Key responsibilities Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 sales professionals across the UK. Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for high-value accounts and complex sales opportunities. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to unlock their full potential. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales strategies and broader business goals. Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure consistent progress and continuous improvement. Essential requirements Educational background in electrical engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, with a track record of selling complex, technical solutions. Demonstrated success in a Sales Leader role, ideally within a B2B environment. Desired skills Strong experience selling into the electrical industry. Exposure to software sales, particularly in combination with hardware or integrated systems.
