The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, able to drive revenue growth through strategic advertising sales on their website and quarterly magazine. This role requires a motivated and results-oriented individual who is passionate about the Cotswolds and excels in building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the advertising client base.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their advertising needs.
* Manage a designated territory to maximise local business opportunities.
Sales Management:
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
