Pay Rate: £120 - £232.56 per day (PAYE, depending on experience)
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Speke. This full-time role begins in October 2025 and offers the chance to lead a Year 3 class in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
* Strong lesson planning and differentiation skills
* Confidence in using assessment to drive pupil progress
* Experience supporting children with additional needs
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in the class. You’ll use assessment data to monitor progress and inform your teaching strategies, ensuring every child is supported in their learning journey. The role also involves working with children of varying abilities, including those with SEND, while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additionally, you’ll be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school, promoting a collaborative and enriching educational experience.
