RF Engineer – Electromagnetics & Antenna Systems

A high-technology engineering firm is seeking an RF Engineer with a strong background in electromagnetics to join a specialist team focused on the design, simulation, and testing of advanced RF systems. The role supports the full product development lifecycle—from R&D and concept development through to validation, qualification, and production support.
You'll have access to powerful computing resources and use industry-standard simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS and CST Microwave Studio to drive innovation in RF-transparent structures and their interaction with antenna systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify emerging RF technologies and lead related research initiatives.
* Translate system-level needs into detailed RF requirements.
* Design, simulate, and optimise radomes and antenna systems.
* Perform RF testing on a variety of antenna configurations using in-house test ranges.
* Contribute to bid work and customer engagements with technical input.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams on designated projects.
* Support existing products and resolve in-service issues.
* Deliver detailed technical reports and presentations.
