To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

When advising customers on their skincare, we're not just selling an ideal but also helping communities build better lives.
As part of our dedicated team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice and provide insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find products that suit their preferences and lifestyle.
