Job Description
A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers, delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.
Role
* Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
* Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store, making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere
* Keeping housekeeping to a high standard, the outcome being a healthy and safe store
* Providing customers with information about our product including features, benefits and stock availability
* Implementing any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
* Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenishing as needed
* Supporting merchandising activities in conjunction with our guidelines when requested
* Processing deliveries

* Competence at till operations and cash/card handling
* Retail experience desirable but not essential

* Above statutory holiday – 33 days per year (incl. bank holidays). After 5 years you receive an extra 2 days, all holiday pro‑rated for part‑time family members
