We're working with a premium retail brand opening a BRAND NEW STORE in Cheshire Oaks. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a luxury multi-brand concept offering high-end fashion for all ages.

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
* Support the Store Manager in leading daily retail operations
* Deliver exceptional service and ensure Customer Service Excellence
* Drive sales through motivation, coaching, and team engagement
* Help manage stock levels, VM standards, and store presentationContribute to the recruitment, training, and development of the team
* Monitor store KPIs and assist with P&L Responsibility
* Champion brand values and maintain high standards at all times
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Retail Manager
* A strong background in premium or luxury retail
* A natural leader who thrives in a team-focused environment
* Confident working to targets and delivering results
* A flair for Visual Merchandising and product presentation
* Passion for fashion, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset
