About the Role
Our Capital Project Services (CPS) team consists of a range of talented multi‑disciplined professionals with experience delivering capital projects across multiple sectors – Defence, Transport, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Government & Healthcare, Energy, Utilities and Resources. We support clients in securing optimum value from their projects or business and provide the expertise they require to navigate challenging, complex situations.
What Your Days Will Look Like
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Specific Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive)
* Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Directors and above;
* Train and lead staff;
* Establish effective working relationships directly with clients;
* Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen;
* Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues;
* Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new or existing clients;
* Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

* You hold a strong academic and industry background and are currently in a senior position in your organisation;
* You are open to travel, both nationally and internationally.
Key Experience
* The ability to lead a team to deliver projects and solutions;
* A desire to build trusted relationships with teammates, clients and other stakeholders and drive innovation to deliver outputs;
* Experience in leading the management of contracts, suppliers, or projects and a deep understanding of core delivery principles;
* Self‑awareness and ambition to continuously develop your and your team’s skills;
* Management consulting experience, including operating and delivery models;
* Exposure to capital planning and/or the asset management environment;
* Digital transformation / technology consulting experience;
* Commercial experience in supply chain management, procurement, commercial management and/or contract negotiations.
