As a Client Services Executive, you will be closely supporting their Financial Advisers through undertaking administrative duties to aid their workflow. As such, your responsibilities will include:
* Submitting cases for life, investment, platform and pension business
* Maintaining up to date records for all trackers and spreadsheets
* Utilizing Intelligent Office tools for new business, top ups, policy variations etc
* Oversee management of annual reviews and portfolio reviews that are due
* Assist the team with preparation of annual reviews and portfolio reviews
* Liaising with clients, introducers, providers and other third parties
Client Services Executive Requirements
* You should have 2+ years’ experience within Financial Services and have worked within an IFA practice
* You should have experience using Intelligent Office and confident using MS Office
* You should have experience of writing good reports
