EYFS Teacher
Location: Radcliffe, Greater Manchester
Start Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026 (full academic year)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday‑Friday
About the Role
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm and supportive primary school in Radcliffe, who are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to make a real difference during a vital stage of children's development.
As the EYFS lead, you will be responsible for leading an EYFS class, delivering engaging, play‑based and well‑structured learning experiences that support pupils across all areas of the EYFS framework. The successful candidate will be confident in early years practice, able to foster a positive and inspiring learning environment, and committed to helping every child thrive.
Subject to availability, the school has expressed a preference for the appointed teacher to support transition mornings and/or afternoons towards the end of the summer term, working with the incoming cohort.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, stimulating lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
* Observe, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting provision as required
* Provide targeted support to children with varying abilities and needs
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, including SEN and early years staff
* Create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Previous experience teaching within Early Years
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and continuous provision
* Ability to differentiate learning to meet individual needs
* Paediatric First Aid training (preferred)
* A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
