* Holder of a Home Office Project Licence (or eligibility to obtain one).
* Strong hands‑on experience with in-vivo pharmacology and immunology models relevant to inflammatory and immune‑mediated diseases, preferably within a pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO environment, though people with academic experience as a post-doc will be considered.
* Demonstrated ability to design robust in-vivo experiments and interpret complex datasets.
* A pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset with strong attention to scientific rigour and data quality.
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
* Experience with in-vivo cell depletion models would be an advantage but is not required.

What you'll get in return
