Job Description

* Location: Oxford
* Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and users across hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Support and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and core business applications
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to networks, connectivity, printers, and user accounts
* Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, device rollouts, and infrastructure improvements
* Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timescales
* Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and user guides in line with best practice
Key Requirements
* Previous experience working in an IT support or IT Technician role
* Good working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles
* Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user-related issues
* Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional approach
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests effectively
* A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving skills
* Relevant IT qualifications or certifications (desirable but not essential)
