As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser, you will:
* Ensure proper stocking and alignment with planograms in assigned stores.
* Maintain high merchandising standards to boost visibility and sales.
* Build strong relationships with retail management.
This role is part-time, 10-25 hours/week, covering Warwick and Coventry, RI areas.
A day in the life:
* Merchandising Execution: Set up product displays per plans and standards.
* Stockroom to Sales Floor: Move products to shelves, ensure correct labeling and pricing.
* Monthly Features: Set up promotional displays.
* Opportunities & Communication: Collaborate with store managers for sales growth.
* Survey & Feedback: Complete store surveys and provide feedback.
* Photos: Take and submit quality images of displays.
* Training & Mentorship: Support new merchandisers.
Qualifications:
* Availability for daytime, weekday, and occasional weekend work.
* Must be 18+.
* Retail experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.
* Strong communication skills.
* Efficient in task prioritization and time management.
* Tech savvy: iPad, smartphone, Microsoft Office.
* Reliable internet, personal computer, and smartphone required.
* Valid driver’s license, transportation, proof of insurance, good driving record.
* Reside within assigned territory.
Compensation Range (USD):
* Starting: $17.00
* Up to: $26.10
