About the Role
As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our residential blocks. From liaising with residents and contractors to supporting service charge budgeting and compliance, you’ll help ensure our developments are safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Acting as the first point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
* Assisting with service charge budgets, demands, and expenditure tracking.
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs, including site inspections. Supporting major works and Section 20 consultations.
* Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation.
* Helping with resident meetings, AGMs, and communications.
* Providing general administrative support to the property team.
What they are looking for
Essential
* Experience in property/block management or residential property administration.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn property management systems.
* A customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Desirable
* Knowledge of leasehold management, service charges, and major works.
* Interest in pursuing IRPM or similar professional qualifications.
* Familiarity with health & safety/fire regulations in residential blocks.
