Program Minimum Requirements To be eligible for consideration, candidates at a minimum are required to have: - A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a STEM related field of study - Between 6-9 years of total working experience within the aerospace, defense, or power related industries - Rotations are based in the following commercial hub locations - Cincinnati (USA), London (UK), Dubai (UAE), Shanghai (China), New Delhi (India), Singapore (Singapore), or Taipei (Taiwan) under an in person working arrangement. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must be willing to localize at a commercial hub location.
