An award-winning, culture-focused digital advertising agency for high-consideration products is an experienced Creative Operations Manager to streamline workflows, implement processes, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality social ad content. You'll be the key link between creative, media, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support Creative Director, managing distractions.
* Oversee all creative project workflows from request to delivery.
* Own and maintain Notion project database.
* Develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Manage internal and external stakeholder communication.
* Design and implement process improvements.
* Enforce operational guidelines and address bottlenecks.
* Manage creative team workload and freelance resources.
* Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and process management.
* Lead post-project debriefs for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
* 3+ years project management/creative operations experience (agency preferred).
* Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Client-focused mindset.
* Passion for process design and implementation.
* Effective leadership and teamwork skills.
* Problem-solver under pressure.
* Tech-savvy, ideally with Notion/Asana proficiency.
* Experience in remote collaboration.
