Your new roleWe are hiring for both general classroom support roles and specialist SEN support jobs. Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting teachers during core subjects like Maths and English
* Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils
* Assisting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Helping with classroom organisation and learning displays
What you'll need to succeedWe welcome applications from individuals with experience in:
* Social care or youth support jobs
* Residential care jobs
* Nurseries or early years jobs
* Volunteering or mentoring jobs with children or young people
You don't need to be a qualified Teaching Assistant - if you're patient, caring, and confident working with children, we'll help you find the right job for the new academic year.
