Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a range of special educational needs (SEND) schools across Warrington and Bolton and are recruiting full-time SEND Teachers to start immediately or from upcoming terms.
These roles are based in specialist primary and secondary SEND schools, supporting pupils with a wide range of needs. This includes secondary-aged students who may be working at a primary or early developmental level, requiring a highly adaptive and nurturing teaching approach.
The Role:
Deliver full-time teaching in SEND school settings
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD, and complex needs
Teach pupils working significantly below age-related expectations
Maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
Implement and review EHCP targets
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Has experience teaching in SEND or specialist settings
Is confident working with pupils across primary and secondary age ranges
Demonstrates patience, resilience, and strong behaviour management skills
Is committed to full-time work in SEND education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
