What difference will you make?
As part of a small, agile organisation we welcome new ideas, and you may well be able to see the direct difference your skills and work make to the lives of children in Malawi. In addition you will gain experience working with like-minded volunteers and trustees in an organisation, through hands-on project work or helping to administer the charity. Previous charity experience is not essential, as onboarding and guidance are provided and we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome to all new team members!
What are we looking for?
Strong written communication and storytelling skills. Ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively for a broad audience. Excellent grammar and attention to detail. Able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines. Experience in content writing, journalism, or blogging (professional or voluntary). Familiarity of google drive and google docs
What will you be doing?
You will support the Content Trustee in the activity of writing news articles for the Think Malawi September-October Fundraiser. You will help write compelling articles highlighting the importance and impact of our planned projects informing stakeholders on the use and results of their donations to the charity.
