Role - Senior Business Development Manager
Salary £50,000 - £60,000 - plus commission
Location - Leeds
Work Pattern - Hybrid / fairly remote. Occasional time in the office.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially sharp, self-starting Senior BDM to own and drive growth across the UK market. If you thrive on building relationships from scratch, love the chase of a well-qualified deal, and know how to translate technology into language that makes clients say yes - this is the role for you.
You'll take full ownership of new business development - identifying the right prospects, building a pipeline you're proud of, and seeing deals through from first conversation to signed contract. You'll target SMEs and mid-market businesses across the UK, developing both outbound and inbound strategies that generate consistent, scalable revenue. Day-to-day you'll be engaging directly with senior decision-makers, building relationships that go beyond the first sale. You'll spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop strategic partnerships with agencies and consultants, and keep a close eye on market trends to ensure our go-to-market approach stays sharp.
