Our client is a successful secondary school delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Elementa is supporting the school in recruiting a dedicated and caring Specialist Teacher of Spanish to join the MFL team. The role involves teaching Spanish up to Key Stage 3 and Year 10 classes at Key Stage 4. There is flexibility regarding responsibilities for marking and planning. Teachers without MFL specialisation but with significant Spanish teaching experience are encouraged to apply. The recruitment process will likely include an observed teaching lesson, a meet-the-team session, a panel interview, and a school tour.
This is a great opportunity to work at a well-supported secondary school with an experienced, collaborative SLT and backing from a large, successful MAT. The school has ambitious plans for the future and seeks a candidate to contribute to and share their journey, despite this being an interim role.
If you are interested or wish to discuss your personal circumstances, please contact us.
Elementa manages all applicants, screening their suitability. We are not a supply agency but a recruitment partner, handling candidate vetting, compliance, and payroll during the trial contract. Applicants considered for the role will need to complete our registration process, including vetting, background checks, and applying for a DBS Enhanced Disclosure (which may cost £62.70 unless you have a current DBS on the update service).
If you possess the relevant skills and experience, please apply with your full, up-to-date CV. All applicants will receive a prompt response.
This role is not suitable for applicants who:
* are not currently based in the UK
* require employer sponsorship for UK right to work
