Business Change Manager – Operating Model & Process Change - London Market Insurance Essential Our client, a leading Insurance organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join a well-established team, supporting operating model and business process transformation across Underwriting and PAS Operations. You’ll be a great fit for this role if: • You have extensive experience in Business Change Management within the specialty insurance sector • You have a strong grounding in change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) • You are confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across all levels of the organisation • You have experience delivering operating model and business process change within Underwriting and Operations • You have a solid understanding of the underwriting lifecycle (essential), with prior exposure to underwriting core systems such as PEGA (highly desirable) This is a 12 month initial contract and is paying up to £700pd Inside IR35.
