Bench Joiner - Bespoke Exhibitions & Installations

Are you a skilled Bench Joiner with a passion for craftsmanship and quality?
We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Bench Joiner to produce custom hardware and furniture for a wide range of exhibition stands, permanent installations, and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manufacture bespoke hardware and furniture to meet project specifications.
·Identify and select suitable, cost-effective materials for construction.
·Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to understand requirements and deadlines.
·Adhere to all health and safety regulations, both in the workshop and on-site.
·Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
·Keep accurate records of materials, work completed, and any production issues.
·Support environmental goals by minimizing waste and following disposal procedures.
·Flexibly support wider operations, especially during peak periods.
·Travel may be required across the UK and internationally, with occasional overnight stays.
✅ Requirements:
Essential:
·Proven experience as a bench joiner or similar carpentry/joinery role.
·Excellent carpentry skills with strong attention to detail.
·Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
·Practical, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
·Good English and Maths skills (minimum GCSE or equivalent).
Desirable:
·Experience in exhibition/trade show environments or on-site installation.
·Knowledge of manual handling and working at height safety practices.
·Skills in paint spraying or CNC operation are a plus
