Purpose of the Role
To ensure that all refractory products meet required quality standards and technical specifications, supporting production teams with process improvements, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities to enhance performance, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control
1. Conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process and finished refractory products to ensure conformance with specifications and standards.
2. Maintain and update quality documentation including test reports, inspection records, and certificates of conformity.
3. Implement and maintain testing schedules in line with production plans.
4. Support calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment (e.g., density, crushing strength, dimensional checks, moisture content)...
