We're passionate about empowering individuals with complex needs, and we're looking for caring, committed Support Workers to help us continue making a difference.
About the Role
You'll be part of a dedicated team providing 24-hour support to individuals with complex health and communication needs. Our care home has a welcoming, homely atmosphere, and no two days are ever the same.
You'll support residents in all aspects of daily life, including:
* Personal care and medication administration
* Cooking, cleaning, and household tasks
* Supporting people to achieve their personal goals and outcomes
* Participating in meaningful daily activities
This role includes a flexible shift pattern, including day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, as part of our 24/7 support model.
What We're Looking For
* Compassionate and reliable individuals with excellent interpersonal skills
* A willingness to undertake all required training
* Experience in care is preferred, but not essential - full training will be provided
* Ability to work a flexible rota, including overnight shifts
* An enhanced PVG is required for this role
